แต่สินค้าที่ส่งมาเป็นของปลอม และกำลังทำเรื่องเคลมอยู่ค่ะ แต่ทางผู้ดูแลเวปขอเอกสาร
ที่รับรองว่าสินค้าชิ้นนั้นเป็นของปลอมแน่ๆ แล้วเค้าถึงจะคืนเงินให้ แต่หนูไม่ทราบว่าจะไป

ถ้าถึงขั้นออกใบรับรอง เราว่าไม่น่ามีที่ไหนทำให้นะคะ แต่ส่วนใหญ่ที่เค้ามีปัญหากัน

เค้าจะนำรูปมาลงค่ะ แล้วให้เซียนมาคอนเฟิร์มว่าปลอมแน่ๆ เราว่าน่าจะใช้ส่วนนี้ไปยืนยันได้นะคะ

ตรงที่แนน hi light เป็นสีเขียวค่ะ เค้ารับออกจดหมายเพื่อ claim โดยเฉพาะเลยค่ะ ใช้เวลาประมาณ 3-4 วันค่ะ ถ่ายรูปเยอะๆ และทุกมุมค่ะ
