I am not trying to defend for the SA............ Was it really busy at the shop?............. Were all SA dealing with customres?............. If the answer to those two questions is a NO, why don't you make a move to any SA yourself and ask them to punch more holes on your belt............. If you did that, you would have done with what you went there for............ And went home happy..........
