I live in germany na krabb so everytime i went back to Thailand friends always want me to buy some LV so i went to the shop queit sometimes in Frankfurt.But one time i bought the Keepal from Paris but i could not take the box coz it way tooooo big n heavy also they got me the wrong totally small dust bag then i went to the shop in Frankfurt they have a very good customer service one Of SA that i know gave me a new dustbag and also a huge box la))).Maybe u can ask na nothing to lose
